Latest SDK 45 Expo Go uses the RN 0.68 and Reanimated 2.x so not yet for fully managed workflow.
I'm not sure if the expo-dev-client works with RN 0.69 yet, but in bare workflow integrating RN 0.69 + Reanimated 3 shouldn't be a problem.
Note that Expo libraries that render components (like video, expo-camera, expo-linear-gradient etc.) don't work with the new architecture yet — support is planned for SDK 46 (around July).
